Our office is fully accessible for disabled visitors, including wheelchair users, with level access to the reception area and all meeting rooms, automatic doors and accessible toilets.
Parking is available for visitors to our office in our private, secure car park to the rear of the office – please let our staff know when you arrive that you would like to access the car park.

You can contact us on 020 8340 6374 (if you call from a mobile it costs the same as calling from a landline).
We are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. You can call or visit the office between these times.
Out of hours emergencies
If you have an emergency repair, please telephone 020 8340 6374 to be directed to our out-of-hours emergency repair hotline. Please note that we can only attend emergency repairs outside of office hours and repairs reported which are not emergencies will be rechargeable. The information in our Repairs and Maintenance section can help you decide whether or not a repair is an emergency.
