Accessing our services in other languages
If you, or a member of your family, need to contact us but have difficulty understanding English we can help you communicate with us.
Our staff can communicate in a number of languages, and can also access local interpreters.
Visiting the office
If you visit the office and need the use of an interpreter, please tell a member of our staff what language you speak. We have language cards to help you communicate this.
We will then contact a telephone interpreter who will either speak to you in the office or will make an appointment to speak to you on another day.
By telephone
If you call us with a query and need language assistance, please tell us which language you speak, your name and a contact telephone number.
We will arrange to call you back and try to answer your query with the help of a telephone interpreter.
