Leadership Management Team
Euan Barr, CEO
Euan joined Hornsey Housing Trust in February 2023 as Chief Executive. Euan is a Chartered Institute of Housing certified practitioner with 25 years experience working with community-based housing associations in Scotland and England. Euan’s leadership roles have included housing development & regeneration, asset management, housing management and resident engagement. He also has recent experience working in fundraising within the charity sector. A Haringey resident, Euan has a keen interest in working with tenants to improve communication, drive service improvements and invest in the quality of our homes. He wants to ensure the Trust is a great place to work, a valued community partner and achieves low carbon, financially sustainable growth.
Christopher Adegoroye , Asset Manager
Chris joined Hornsey Housing Trust in 2022 as Asset Manager. He has a background of 20+ years working in housing management and asset management roles. He has good knowledge of social housing issues and housing association processes, with experience of managing teams, overseeing income collection, day to day repairs, planned maintenance and property compliance.
Phil Johnson, Head of Housing
Phil is Head of Housing at Hornsey and has a wealth of experience in social housing and joined the Trust in 2013. Phil began his career in the private sector working with the Pinnacle Group to provide housing management services to Hornsey Housing Trust.
He is a knowledgeable and experienced housing professional who has successfully developed and managed staff to enable support of resident groups and led on dementia services and welfare reform. He qualified with the Chartered Institute of Housing and is passionate about delivering excellent services to residents, supporting people to achieve their potential and making a positive difference to local communities.
Housing Support Service
There are four Housing Officers who look after the sheltered blocks and street properties under four different hubs, led by the Housing Support Co-ordinator. The Housing Officers act as the first port of call for their tenants for all tenancy management and housing support issues.
