Euan Barr, Chief Executive

Euan joined Hornsey Housing Trust in February 2023 as Chief Executive. Euan is a Chartered Institute of Housing certified practitioner with over 25 years experience working with community-based housing associations in Scotland and England. Euan’s leadership roles have included housing development & regeneration, asset management, housing management and resident engagement. He also has recent experience working in fundraising within the charity sector. A Haringey resident, Euan has a keen interest in working with tenants to improve communication, drive service improvements and invest in the quality of our homes. He wants to ensure HHT is a great place to work, a valued community partner and achieves low carbon, financially sustainable growth.

Lisa Boursnell – Director of Finance & IT

Lisa is the Director of Finance and IT, responsible for shaping and delivering the Trust’s business plan to ensure long-term financial stability. She oversees the organisation’s financial strategy, ensuring that sufficient resources are in place to support development priorities and major repairs programmes. Lisa also provides clear, timely financial reporting to the Board, enabling strong governance and informed decision-making.

An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants, Lisa brings around 20 years of experience in the housing sector. Her career includes working with organisations specialising in rural housing and community-led housing, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing diverse communities.
