Report a repair

If you need to report a non-urgent repair, you can use our online repairs form.

Usual Access to the HHT Office

Our office, is fully accessible for disabled visitors, including wheelchair users, with level access to the reception area and all meeting rooms, automatic doors and accessible toilets.

Opening hours

We are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. You can call or visit the office between these times.

Out of hours emergencies

If you have an emergency repair, please telephone Newlon on 0808 196 2200. Please note that we can only attend emergency repairs outside of office hours and repairs reported which are not emergencies will be recharged. Please make sure you have checked what is classes as an emergency in the repairs and maintenance section

Accessing our services in other languages

If you, or a member of your family need to contact us, but have difficulty understanding English we can help you communicate with us. Our staff can communicate in a number of languages, and can also access local interpreters should it be necessary for phone calls or meetings.
