Hornsey Housing Trust is working in Partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society (www.alzheimers.org.uk) to provide dementia support services within the Trust and the Local Community. We have three new staff providing supporting services and a new Dementia Café opening for sessions once a week at Abyssinia Court. The Dementia Café runs on Wednesday at Abyssinia Court from 2pm to 4 pm.
